Stress and How to Avoid it

Stress, everyone in this world will feel stress(feeling tension) every day. When there is stress we feel nervous and have a hard time completing tasks and achieving goals. But as always, there are many ways to avoid stress, be calm, and feel better.
One way is to practice deep breathing. Deep breathing will remove all the things that your brain is struggling with. And try to imagine something positive to help reduce stress.
Another way to avoid stress is to listen to music and enjoy yourself. When you enjoy yourself, you will feel more relaxed and satisfied with your life.
The third way is to stop using bad products. Using things like tobacco, cigarettes, and alcohol, and other bad products can cause you a bad impression and will feel negative every day.
The fourth way is to eat vegetables and fruits and exercise regularly. Eating meat and unhealthy foods can cause fat and you will get diseases and also you will feel stress on how to avoid this situation.
The final way is to set easy and simple goals and then try harder goals. Setting harder goals immediately causes you to feel stress about accomplishing that goal.
