Cougars are a cat often thought of as a mountain lion. They are also our school's mascot. Here's a little about them!
What are cougars: A cougar is an American wild cat found in the south of Canada to Patagonia.
Color: orange yellowish coat or grayish coat.
Sound: They purr or meow, you might think they roar but they don't.
Kittens: Cougars kittens are brown with black spots and bars on the tail.
Fun facts: They can run as fast as 35 to 45 mph.
